web browsers are not opening

Guys need help, non of my browsers are even opening. Whenever i click on IE or mozila browser icon, no response is there. I need to fill an online exam form .so it is very imp. Kindlysuggest any way out. Iam posting this using my phone

Try using the start menu and type Internet explorer and click on the result. It might be due to a faulty icon.

All those things are already done. Ipconfig . Dns reset also of no use. I even have uninstall n then reinstall the browser . Still no not working

Maybe your ISP is down.

My torrent if downloading. So no problem with isp. Ihave uninstalled java and installed again.still no luck. Need expert guidance on this

Have you tried scanning your computer for virusus/malware infections?

What anti-virus software are you using on your system?

Just follow these points when this happens
1. Check your internet connection
2. Check whether you are working offline
3. make sure the ports in your hub are connected
4. make sure that particular website is not blocking under firewall, apart from this it happens you need to check with a hardware person about the problem.
