i am currently playing basketball in portugal and i purchased a computer here..it came with portuguese software installed with windows 7...i had someone here change it to english for me and they upgraded me to windows 7 professional..before he deleted my programs to switch from portuguese to english i could record and take pics with my webcam but now i cant. can someone tell me how to retrieve that and i can use the cam in skype and stuff but i cant operate it any other way

Have you gone to HP and found your computer and reinstalled the the web drivers for your computer?
