Web mail access By Live Mail

How do I set up live mail so I can send and receive emails for a Webmail Client? Using Microsoft webmail access, would like to set it up on Live mail so I don't have to log in to the web mail account all the time to get email. Also would like to use this account (this is the work email) so I can send work related emails from my desktop.

Just like to add,
If you want to use an online email account/ an existing email account from outlook.com or Hotmail.com,
Use the same login as you do with that email service,
