Web Site Blocked

Hi, guys
I am using a windows 7 professional PC.
And i have just updated my internet connection. after doing that i don't have access to some web sites.
But if i visit those websites via virtual machine its working fine.
I did checked the blocked websites in internet explorer and there is nothing blocked.

Please Advice...

Try flushing your DNS cache

ipconfig /flushdns
