Sounds like a DNS problem or something is blocking your perticular computer?

Can we have the router's make and model...

How is your network setup.. is it just grabbing IPs from the router automatically or do you have static IPs in the computer?

Is it just you that has this problem with that site, or do the others connected to the router also have it? If the others also have it, then it could be a DNS problem. Which DNS servers are you using?

Ok the easiest way to fix this would be to add an entry in your hosts file for the site.

Go to your start orb :orb: :ar: All programs :ar: Accesories :ar: Right click on notepad and "Run as Administrator"

From the notepad "file" menu select "open" then paste the following line in the file name box then click the open button.

%windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

Add the following line to the bottom of the text that has just opened

Code:
64.71.225.166 [URL="http://www.precisionmanuals.com"]www.precisionmanuals.com[/URL]

Then click save
