Web Videos Lock Up

I'm hoping someone can help me out here. Everytime I watch any online video the stream locks up an an arbitrary time (usually within a few seconds, but sometimes well into the video). Refreshing the screen sometimes helps, but more often than not, the video locks up at the exact same place. I've tried updating my video drivers. I've ran every scan I can think of, updated my flash player, cleaned my registry and I am totally at a loss as to why I'm having this issue. This issue happens with the vast majority of web videos I watch from Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, you name it.

EDITED TO ADD: This issue happens in IE and Firefox. I have the latest versions of each. It was happening with previous versions as well.

It might be your video adapter. I have a Windows 7 Pro work PC. My laptop is meant for buisnesses but, it is sleek so I bought it. Runs super fast. But, everytime I try to play a game with arrow keys, my computer goes completely haywire and inputs random arrow keys. Probably a hardware thing.
