Webcam 20013 help!!

Hi
I have dell laptop with windows vista home premium.
system type; 32-bit operating system
processor; intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5750 @ 2.00GHz 2.00GHz
My webcam dont work!!!
when ever I go on the webcam it says 'No support camera detected. Please plug in to continue... (below)


and when I go on MSN webcam it only shows up with video call it used to be just normal webcam and video call. Also the webcam doesnt work on MSN either it says 'no camera device available'


then after i close all the other programs above it will come up like this on msn


I really dont know whats wrong with my webcam I would really appreciate it if some helped me!

Re-install the driver from the mfr

What make and model webcam exactly do you have? I'll try and find driver and link for you.

I see it's a built in webcam, so now I will need the exact make and model of the Dell laptop and service ID #. This can be found on the bottom of the laptop.

Look in Applications (11) and it should be the the second one in the list, called "Creative Labs - Applications: applies to: Dell Webcam Manager". Download it and install it.

To see only updated drivers for your laptop you need your service Tag ID....then you can see all software, drivers for just that computer....again it's on the bottom of your computer next to model number. It will say "Service Tag", followed by a number.
