not sure if this is the right plave so here goes.
I just reinstalled my OS and noticed my built in webcam dose not show up anywhere for me to turn it on. what do I need to do drivers??

Click Start | Search for 'devmgmt.msc' | Expand all the dropdowns
| Look for :warn:

If there's a triangle, you might be missing the driver. Have you updated everything in Windows Update? The driver might be there, as it usually does.

Did you find anything in Windows Update? Also you might want to insert the CD that the webcam came with.

nothing in update. there is no cd that came with the webcam the webcam is intergrated.

I've never heard of the webcam for a laptop not working. Did you reinstall using the recovery cd or recovery partition that it came with?
