I am unable to open certain pages on some websites. For example O2 website. I can get into the site and navigate various pages to check my mobile/mobile broadband usage. However, if I try to check my "full bill" the page does not open. I get a pop up asking do i authorise. what it says is:This program does not have a valid digital signature. The details are: nfiles\supportsoft\bin\bcont_nm.exe and the publisher: O2(UK)limited. I click ok but I get a failed message. On Mozzilla it says the O2 server has timed out and on IE it just says the connection has failed.
This can happen on other sites when I am trying to get details from the sites such as a quote for home insurance for example. However the publisher details always show O2 and the same details.
If i go and use a wifi hotspot I do not have this problem so its not a browser setting or security setting on my pc. I feel it must have something to do with O2 but they refuse to listen to a word I say (literally)
Any help would be appreciated

An actual web page link and a screen shot would help us understand your problem. Is 02 your ISP? What type of service (DSL?). When using the service that fails are you still using WiFi or are you using an ethernet port in that case?

Hi, Yes o2 is my isp and i use a dongle on a monthly contract for 3gb mobile BB. I would provide you with screen shot if you could tell me how to do this?
This is the link which I try to get to having entered o2 website and navigated a number of pages.

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

The IE message I get is: IE cannot display the web page. If I try with Mozzilla it says the O2 server has timed out. Could this problem be that my signal strength is not goog enough. The connection status say usually good or low?
Thanks
Peter
