Solved Websites do not load in any browser

I'm working on my mother's desktop computer. Suddenly a few days ago, all browsers stopped working. IE has "This page cannot be displayed" , Chrome says webpage not available. No websites pull up.

I have tried:

Booting in safe mode with networking, still doesn't work
Reset IE back to original settings, still doesn't work
Winsock

I can ping the router - she is using a Verizon Mifi jetpack, and it pings fine.
when I ping google, it says could not find host.

There are two other computers on the network, (I'm using one of them right now) that work fine.

I have also run Malwarebytes, found nothing. Ran AVG, found nothing.

What else can I do to fix this?

Oh, I also disabled the firewall.

Nevermind. I got tired of messing with it and couldn't find a solution, so I just reformatted the hard drive.
