Weekly back up to One Drive of only new or modified files

Hi,

I am running Windows 7 Home Edition.

I want to back up my files once a week, but only those files that have been modified in the last 7 days or were new files created in the last 7 days. I want to back these up weekly to Onedrive.

Is there a procedure to this?

I use FreeFileSync in Mirror mode to backup my data HDDs to backup HDDs. If One Drive shows up as a HDD in your computer, then you should be able to use FreeFileSync. FFS is so fast, I can make daily backups (keep in mind that data waiting to be backed up is subject to potential loss).
