From what I can tell, dual proc wouldn't help you, nor would more cores. The particular subtest it's "failing" on only uses a maximum of 4 threads so there would definitely have to be a substantial clock speed upgrade.
FWIW, I was playing around with it last night, changing the .prx file it uses to re-measure and obviously was getting 7.9s. However when I restored it to its original settings and ran WEI through the UI, it gave me a 7.9 still even after clearly running the CPU tests.
All and all, the score is a bit of crap
