I was after increasing my WEI Ratings, from a few months and successfully increased them except for Graphics and Gaming Graphics rating and they are quite very much low compared to others WEI Ratings I saw on the thread "Show us your WEI Rating". They only give a rating of 3.2 and 3.3.

Is there any way to increase them, without ending up buying a new graphic card. Please tell me. I use Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family.

I don't think you can mate.

Well, at least not without overclocking/buying a new card, and overclocking an onboard GPU = big no no.

The one other way I have seen that tweaks the WEI score for video is to reduce the resolution and possibly color depth. The increase is marginal, and you give up the best display settings to get it.

I discovered this accidentally on my system while I was tinkering with my video settings. I don't know if it will work for everyone, but a lower resolution raised my WEI score.
