Ok, so i'm wanting to put the radeon HD 5770 on my mother board. The card is 8.5 inches and will over lap the on-board heat sink. So i went to Gigabyte's web site and sent in a question asking if it would fit. Also i provided them with a link to the card. And here was their answer.
"Dear customer,
Yes, you can put in Radeon 5770 graphic card to work with mother board, all you need is remove current driver, boot to bios, change first init display to PEG under advance bios features, then insert 5770 to PCIE slot, connect monitor, boot to windows load the correct graphic card driver for Win746bit "
Does this seem like a computer generated answer to you? It does to me.
