Well I have been using Windows 7 for some time now, I bought it the 2nd day it was out. But today the old water marks that were present during beta appeared. I did a fresh install and I am not sure how this happened.
From when I installed until yesterday I have never seen this. I am not really up to reformatting, but will do so if needed.
