Weird eye symbol on internet explorer 10

Hello,

I'm using Windows Seven Ultimate and using internet explorer 10. I have this weird eye symbol when I'm logging on in the password field. Is that normal? What does it mean? I'm attaching a picture of this to this thread.

Try holding that "eye" symbol if you do you will see the password you typed in
