Hello everyone,

I use a normal HP mouse, it has been working fine for ages but recently it now and then stops working for a few seconds and then works fine again. I play Call of Duty 4 so it is very annoying to lose because of that.

I looked into my device manager and for some reason it shows up 2 mouse drivers.
Just uninstalled both and plugged my mouse back in. I have done this before and the second mouse driver seems to be coming back all the time.

What can I do to solve this?

Regards,
Mark

go to hp.com and install the original mouse driver, if a replacement mouse is being used, go to manufacturer site and upgrade mouse driver, if you have a disk that came with the mouse, pop that in and revert the driver back to original.
