Weird issue with my clock....

I noticed the clock on my computer was wrong earlier, so I entered the settings and made sure everything was ok. About 4-5 hours later it is reading 28 minutes fast (time was 12:21, but read 12:49 on my computer). Anyway..this is what I got when trying to update the time:

You should have an instruction manual for your board for cmos battery. as for the time synchronizing thing, make sure your time zone is correct, make sure the year is correct, and make sure the time is close to right before sync.
