Weird menu orientation

Not sure how, but a few days ago, I noticed that all my drop-down menus (like the Context Menu or ones like File, Edit, etc.) suddenly decided that they were going to be oriented to the right.

To use Photoshop as an example:

I want the menu to line up on the other side. All of them seem to be like this. Submenus also appear on the opposite side of where they should when they shouldn't. I can't seem to figure out why it started doing this, or how to fix it. I also seem to be not searching the right things on Google, because nothing's relavent to what my problem is (heck, I'm not even entirely sure what to call my problem). Does anyone know how to fix this or what could have caused the sudden change?

(If this belongs elsewhere, feel free to move it.)

There was just a thread here about this exact thing. If you search for context menu you should be able to find it. I forget where it was

Wow! Does this happen on the File menu as well? i.e. it's not just the right hand side menu's is it?

BTW - no idea what to call this either. I'll have a browse though and see if I can dig up anything.
