The *nnnnniiiiii* sound starts at around 0:04 seconds.
The whole audio has been enhanced so you can just about hear it.
It only comes on when I am gaming, so it's not any wires getting in the way.

Does it sound like this?

If so, look into getting a frame (FPS) limiter for your gpu.

Sounds like background noise picked up by the mic???

Also, since its only while gaming it means there is nothing wrong with the PC's sound. The problem is either as I mentioned the mic or some sound that the game is generating.

It isn't the mic because even with it not recording and unplugged it makes the sound. The game can't be generating the noise because I have headphones on and I know it's coming from the case itself.

@Richcane Nope it sounds nothing like that :P

Take the side off your PC, start a game, stick your head in it and figure out what's making the noise. Hands-on troubleshooting!
