Weird Random application muting

it shappening with anything that uses teh soundcard (games, media players web browsers..) i've seen it happen on teh mixer itsefl one second the bar is max then its as low as it goes sometimes its soo syubbron i haveto adjust the volume upto 5 times before it stops auto muting.

Any ideas? i dont wanna haveto reinstall windows and Re-PAE patch >_<

i have an Onboard Realtek HD Soundcard and use a lil US one off ebay (i confirmed the lil thing itself is ok.)

*bump* this is getting annoying and especially when playin portal 2 as i haveto Save Exit change and go back.. its happening when i Connect ANY device now. i dont want to haveto reinstall windows 7 again (for the fact when i haveto reinstall a game "Final Fantasy XI" it takes 7 ~9hrs on Any connection to do the "Fresh install update") infact speaking of such its affecting XI so much that half the time when i readjust the mixer volume for it.. Sound does not come back unles si actually restart the Computer.!
