Weird Start-Up Errors

Every day once Win 7 loads, I get 2 windows on my desktop. I closed 1 but the other is

There was a problem starting

C:/users/username/AppData/Local/Temp/INSTAL1~.DLL

The specified module could not be found

How do I get rid of these annoyances??? I looked under that directory and find 124 tmp or TMP files (can I delete??) but nothing beginning with INSTAL. I can't determine which program it wants to install

What programs have you removed recently?

You can safety delete any files with the Temp directory.
