Weird Startup

My machine is acting oddly. I have not changed any settings that would, among other things, prevent me from sending email. I just re-booted and see the attached image.
This happened previoiusly, and I disabled jusched.exe and it went away. Not the same this time.

Any ideers?

Are you saying that W7 starts with "Input" typed in the Start Menu Search Box?

Have you run an Anti-Virus Program to see if there is any malware present?
