Weird system restarts and BSOD...debug please!

ok, whenever i play an online video from cartoonnetwork.com full screen, a few seconds later my screen has these weird garbled lines then bsod. I can go back to any video from the site and the symptoms continue. i can even run prime95 for hours without any errors. all my mobo drivers are up to date. my crash dump is attached..please help me.

FurMark Setup:
- If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
- In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test
- Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
- Click "Quit" to exit

Try this free stress test: Free Software - GIMPS

Prime95 Setup:
- extract the contents of the zip file to a location of your choice
- double click on the executable file
- select "Just stress testing"
- select the "Blend" test. If you've already run MemTest overnight you may want to run the "Small FFTs" test instead.
- "Number of torture test threads to run" should equal the number of CPU's times 2 (if you're using hyperthreading).
The easiest way to figure this out is to go to Task Manager...Performance tab - and see the number of boxes under CPU Usage History
Then run the test for 6 to 24 hours - or until you get errors (whichever comes first).
The Test selection box and the stress.txt file describes what components that the program stresses.

2 different BSOD's with 2 different causes. I suspect a hardware issue, but it'll take some more BSOD's (3 or so, IMO) to be more certain. In the meantime, try the tests above.

scanned my memory with memtest+ 6 passes - no errors
scanned my primary OS hard drive -- no errors
scanned for malware/virus -- none found
stressed my GPU with furmark---temps leveled out well in range of safe zone
prime95 for 3 hours with no errors or fails
my CPU is not over heating--it loads at 50c with prime95


weird thing is i can watch youtube videos fine in full screen with no BSOD
as soon as a watch a video at cartoonnetwork.com in full screen i get a major crash and sometimes my system freezes on the blue screen and sometimes it restarts its self with no blue screen or crash dump after windows loads up. what the heck is going on?

Possibilities:
- hardware problems
- overheating
- software issues
- Windows issues

Probably the easiest thing to do right now is to backup your stuff and reinstall Windows "clean". You'll have to:
- backup your stuff
- format your hard drive
- install Windows
- visit Windows Update several times to ensure that you have all critical updates
- check Device Manager to be sure that all devices have drivers (if there are any problem devices, let us know)
- install Microsoft Security Essentials as protection while testing.
- DO NOT install anything else!!!

Then visit the cartoon network to run the video (you may have to install some stuff in Internet Explorer for the video to run - that's OK for our testing purposes).

Then see if you can cause a BSOD.

ok i did a fresh install of windows 7 and updated critical updates via windows update installer. ok, i went to the video and the same thing occured, another system crash and restart. i decided to take out my 4890 graphics card and used the onboard gpu and tried the video out, it worked 100% ok in full screen with no system crash or bsod. whats wierd is that this 4890 has worked flawless for the past year, i only recently upgraded my motherboard and cpu. so does this mean my graphics card is acting up or is it the motherboard pci x16 slot? help!

Try downloading the latest drivers for your video card from the manufacturer's site. Install the driver only, not the Catalyst Suite.

Try the latest drivers with your graphics card (as Jonathan King has recommended).
If that doesn't work, the only other thing to try is another video card in the PCIe slot (to rule out the slot being at fault.

So, it's either the video card or the slot - and the video card is a lot easier to replace.
Replacing the mobo/cpu could be a cause, but the vid card could also have been damaged during the swap.
