Weird window behaviour?

I think that in Win 7 the windows behave in a weird way. I'm not sure, perhaps it's something to do with that aero functionality.

I often click and drag, trying to adjust something with a slider, going back and forth several times to find the optimal value, or dragging layers up and down a list etc.
In Win 7, when I do that, the application tends to flicker as if it was undecided whether to go to the background or not.

Just yesterday I drew an energetic stroke on my tablet and my Photoshop closed itself without any further comment. Didn't even ask me to save my file. :sarc:

Sometimes an application disappears for half a second and then turns up again, but its icon has moved its place in the taskbar.

And things like that...
It's driving me crazy. Is there something wrong with my system, or can I just switch off some weird function?

strange, I'm no expert but maybe its your Tablet causing Windows to function erratically?

EDIT: I have had many people tell me that Windows Vista and Windows 7 has issues with Tablets when I was looking to buy one when I had Vista and planning to get Windows 7. I was told to wait a while until a Tablet was confirmed as compatible.
