How many users are there? Do you want to have the users/users all have to use the UID/password screen?

thanks but i still in troble. Actually i am installing 3ds max 2010 in my laptop(windows 7) but it says i can't use system services becouse i need to make sure that i have sufficent previleges to use that. I have used different name but that name is equal right as adminstrator. i tried to go through the administrator user name by switching user but it says this account has been disabled contact your system adminstrator. i am the one who has all the right in my operation system............ help me

Not sure what this has to do with the Welcome Screen and log on, but try right clicking on the installation file and click on Run as administrator to see if it may install afterwards.
