I started using Windows when it hit 3.0, switched to Linux (RedHat) in 1995 but I have maintained discipline with both platforms over the years. Though I am one of the core developers for the Aurora Linux distribution, I started using Windows 7 a few months ago and so far it is much more stable and functional than anything else Microsoft has released. It's been a decent daily driver even replacing Linux on a few of my desktops.

I'm glad to have found a forum that seems to have very competent and experienced members. Hope to find some help here, and perhaps I can even give some little piece of advice myself. I work mostly with 3D apps and Photoshop.
I'm not really used to having PC problems, have been working with Windows since version 3.1 and never had any trouble (ok, I skipped Millennium and Vista *lol*) but now Win7 beats me.
I'm looking forward to your advice (and a smoothly running system)
