Hi, all. I've been lurking for a couple weeks and this is my first post on this forum, if I'm not mistaken.

Running Windows 7 64 bit on an HP laptop. My first computer in 10+ years that wasn't bought used or scabbed together from retired bits from somebody else's machine.

Thanks for all the info I've been able to glean so far. It's been phenomenal. Hopefully some day I'll have something useful to contribute.
