Anybody want a new Dell Win 7 Pro? About to throw it out!!

I am an 'old timer'....female, 64 years old and started 'computin' on a keypunch machine back in 1964..self-taught in web design......still at it and working hard to keep up with the 'new generation' of computers. Got Win 7 Pro on a new Dell about 4 months ago and have threatened to throw it out the window several times since then! :( Joined today looking for some help in 2-3 areas concerning Win 7, windows VPC & a couple more problems I can't figure out. Not sure if my new machine is at fault on some or all of my current problems. Not an expert by any means, but can certainly follow detailed instruction when necessary. :)
