dissillusioned windows 10 user

Hi All
Ive finally given up on windows 10 pro n , just couldn't get it to work properly, having tried everything i could.
So i have installed Windows 7 pro 64 bit & it is so much better than 10 ever was.
I enjoy Computing as a hobby, been at it for 30 years, my first comp was a Dragon 32
I love fixing computers & hope to be able to offer advice on computers in general.

Hello, all -- boy, am I glad to see this forum. Am having a problem I'll post on shortly, and I failed to register for another forum related to it. (Fill in the blanks, they tell you something's wrong, page back and try to find it, try again, something else is is missing, "the information you have entered is already in use" because I've been entering and re-entering it! Thank you, SevenForums, for not including CAPTCHA at signup.

I love Win7 and will use it till the last possible minute. Everybody said to bail out last year, but I always run the opposite way from the mob. I haven't done Windows updates for years and DON'T MISS 'EM AT ALL. At social gatherings I'll ask a roomful of people if any are actual fans of Win10 -- there's no response.

I so agree about captcha. I will not join any forum that uses it. and when the forums I have joined bounce me out and require a new Captcha nightmare, I say bye bye. Even if I even really need that forum. I can't believe anyone would create such nonsense and demand that people be subjected to it. Where does this kind of insanity come from? Actually, I don't think I want to know...
