So I already had 3 HDDs Only two was in use,
My first one that was running my windows 7 started crashing and not loading my OS so I tried to re-install the OS, which was not successful I kept getting the error message on both HDD's saying "C:\boot is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility" Which I don't know how to do it without being on windows.
Then I put my 3rd HDD in and tried to install windows and I did not get the error, It installed windows and was working fine for two weeks, however, My HDD started crashing again, When this happened I noticed my CD-Drive was not showing up as a detected device on the boot screen so I unplugged it and that postponed the crashing for a couple days. Finally it crashed and when I tried to install windows again I got the error "C:\boot is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the Chkdsk utility"
I have had to buy a 4th HDD and I know this will happen again soon and I dont know what the problem is, but I think it may be my motherboard.
My PC Components
AMD Phenom II X4 Black edition @ 3.2 GHz
Gigabyte M68MT-S2
HD RADEON 5670 Graphics Card
8GB DDR3 RAM
Thanks for any help anyone can give me!
