werconcpl.dll error

Hi All,
I am suddenly started getting the below message when I tried to browse any site using firefox and IE.

Message is:

There was a problem starting werconcpl.dll
The specified module could not be found


Could some one help me to overcome this issue.

My system is used to work properly till yesterday and I am facing this problem from yesterday.

O/S: Windows 7 ultimate 32bit
