wfs.exe crashes

My Windows Fax and Scan crashes when I try to use it. It has always worked fine until now.

I was able to install a shortcut on the desktop and this had no effect. Unblocked is checked.

I have no idea why it doesn't work any more???

Welcome to Seven Forums LeftC. Sorry for slow reply. Perhaps some more information will get you more help. You say, "My Windows Fax and Scan crashes when I try to use it". What happens exactly? Do you get an error message? Let us know the steps, and the problem(s) that occur. A Guy

Hi A Guy and thank you very much for the welcome.

I have Soluto installed. When I click on "Windows Fax and Scan" from Start, a few seconds later, the little Soluto Angel flies up and shows the message that "wfs.exe has crashed" with a little tag saying "Looking for Solutions ... No Solutions Yet."

That's it.
