For the month of October, I was the best performer and the incentives were supposed to come to my bank account today.
Since morning I m excited and logging into my bank account online every hour to check if I have received the incentives. Now when I logged in, to my surprise, the incentives amount is Rs. 3631/-.

I was expecting at least Rs. 5000/- but I guess they deducted lots of income tax.

This makes me in a bad mood today. I'm so pissed off, so annoyed.

Ack yeah They also take retirement out of mine! SO it's very close to like 45% taken out in the end.

Though this is the first company I've worked for that even ever paid a bonus of any kind anyway so it's hard to complain too much

The last place I worked the Christmas "bonus" was a $1 lottery scratch-off and a 79¢ can of butter cookies. The cookies will last for up to 5 years I found out.:shock:. No one won anything on the tickets.
