I really get annoyed when people call the contact center and talk on the speaker phone. What the hell makes them think to turn on speaker phone? Why cant they simply pick up the mobile and talk? Most of the times, I feel like I m talking to a zombie on the other side whose voice is thrice as heavy as mine.

It's also rather annoying to call a "not-quite-so-brand-name" appliance's customer service TECHNICAL phone#, only to be answered by a guy with a difficult to interpret accent - eating what sounds like a greasy turkey leg with a mere "Hello?!" (and of course there's children crying in the background) - He has no idea of the product (but he was a real tech, just incompetent) And his whole tone is, "why are you bothering me while my family is eating dinner?!"....of course I'm wondering the EXACT same thing! (that's AudioVox for ya' ~5 years ago)

What annoys me.......ALL of the people that notice something that isn't working right with their pc and their first thought is that it MUST be a virus. Are people really that narrow minded to think that it has to be something done by a virus, and not something they may have messed with that they shouldn't have and messed it up themselves. there's way too many posts that are like "so and so happened, so it must be a virus...how do I fix it?"


Also, I can't believe that things like the so called "Ram Optimizers", things that free up ram, and any other optimizers are still around. Are there really that many people falling for that old trick that it is still worth the trouble for someone to make these stupid little programs that don't actually do anything good for a PC?

You can still find those little magnets to strap onto your fuel line to "Improve Mileage" and that scam is at least 35 years old now so... why not?

ye my friend automatically assumed his pc drive stopped working due to a gta mod for replacing some textures on san andreas which i had and ran fine on mine and he blamed it and called it a virus and told him its not possible that would infect his system and told him most likely he got a virus from searching porn or torenting or messed with some setting or his hdd was going bad and he was like NOOOO and i'm like YESSS then 2 weeks later his HDD died on him and i told him haha told you it was something with your HDD and he was like well i still think a virus made my hdd die and me and my friend laughing at him saying its not possible and made fun of the fact that he automatically assumed it was a virus hahahaha
