what antimalware rootkit trojan scanner do i need?

i got a windows 7 pc 64bit now i usually do a monthly antivirus scan but i got a problem when i uninstall it it always leaves rubbish behind on the pc always in registry services or other hidden areas is there a way to install software and remove all traces when i uninstall it??malwarebytes drwebcureit zemanana leave rubbish behind all the time even portable scanners do it as welll!!what software do you think i really need to use once a month for antivirus scan and malware scan and system cleaners??thanks i dont trust system optimisers you dont know what they are doing to your system some people say they make the problem worster is privacyeraser tempory file cleaner by old timer privacymantra all good to use what do you reccomend??thanks i got spyshelter firewall preminum winpatrol pro hidemyass vpn preminum microsoft essentials and sandboxie superguard mode do i really i need anything to scan it or do you think my setting are enough to prevent a virus trojan malware attack??what software do you reccomend??

Check out Revo Uninstaller. It's a powerful tool that allows you to securely uninstall any program and gets rid of left over files and registry entries on your system. CCleaner also does a wonderful job at helping to keep your system clean by offering to remove jump or temporary files as well as removing old registry entries from programs that have been removed. Most commonly, people here would suggest using Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. These two are really all you need as far as Anti-Virus/Malware protection as they do not conflict with one another.

Using HMA VPN is a good way to say anonymous online, so I wouldn't necessarily advice against it. You don't need a third party firewall. Windows Firewall is as good and is built into the OS. You need not worry about that. I would suggest removing all of your anti-virus/spyware/adware programs and just use MSE and MBAM along with Windows Firewall. Otherwise you may possibly experience conflicts between them.

Normal anti virus like Avast should be working great, but you could try Microsoft Malware Removal Tool and scanning the whole of your computer.

What ever anti virus or anti malware program you choose; leave them installed,updated and active.

Now if along the way of your computing life you choose to also use another security program, you can uninstall them when done using them.
Sometimes I use "Eset" free online scans. When I'm done with it I remove it.
