What app is best for combining .avi and .srt files into another avi

Hello all,
What app is best for combining .avi and .srt files into one single avi?. I don,t want to convert or burn to dvd disc, I just want the resulting single .avi file, which i can then place onto a usb stick and insert into my Sony Bravia. I think this rules out convertxto DVD as i cannot see an option within this app to save as an .avi.

Presumably you want to slip subtitles into a movie file? If so use ConvertXto DVD which allows you to add srt to any downloaded file, convert and burn it.
