What are these programs used for?

-Identify Card (Acer made it)

They came with windows 7,
I have no clue what they are used for and I want to delete them but can somebody tell me what there used for first?

The Acer identity card is just an identification card that has the computer ID in it so that Acer knows that it is authentic.

I'm using WinLocker and it is pretty easy & handy to use...it creates a hidden partition (up to 2Go to 4Go) for some of your project.

Identify Card (Acer made it):
This can tells you the Serial n°, SNID, day of purchase, model of your computer without you to look at the back of your computer searching those for Acer support.
