Love computers but wanting to learn more about troubleshooting and wanting to contribute to this community!
Logitech Trackman Wheel thumb operated trackballs. Been using them since they first came out. Currently on my 3rd corded one and have gone through 2 of the old cordless ones. Eventually want to buy one of the new M570 models.

This: Logitech G700 Wireless Gaming Mouse

Love it cause it has good programmable keys, but not too many, feels good for weight (no customizable weights tho) and can be tethered for charging (and data) or used wireless so best of wired and wireless. It also stores three profiles on the mouse so wherever you use it, you have some keys set up by default for each profile... not bad :)

Edit lol nice Zepher ;)

By far the worse for me is the G9, it is awesome in the options it provides but it is the one I game the worse in... and after 3 years, I still don't know why! :D

My G7 was better in that regard but I switch to the G9 because I got a hellacious deal on it and because my G7, being wireless, would stutter in heavy gaming, to the point that I was getting kill because of the millisecond hick ups.

Perhaps when I update my computer I will also update my mouse but for now... I don't want to spend money on one.

I don't really have a favourite mouse, but I use the Logitech G400, just because I don't have the money to splash on anything better, it's a good mouse but the scroll wheel is quite poor, it often registers before it's done a full click (really bad wording).

I have a Razer Imperator I've been using for just under a year and a Razer Diamondback before that along with a Razer Tarantula keyboard I've had for bout 4 years. Been very happy with the Razers performance in both mouse and keyboard. The keyboard got 32 meg of its own ram so I have virtually no lag in keyboard strokes. Being able to fully customise the Imperator mouse to do exactly what I need has the logitech and microsoft mice beaten.
I hear others who have this spankin high tech gaming mouse and use a cheapchit keyboard along with it are only seeing half of the good gaming potential cause if there is lag in the keystrokes, no matter how good your mouse is....your dead ;)

After many yrs of use, my trusty Logitech MX518 finally gave up the ghost. Now using a R.A.T5 which I got in a sale for £19.99 and am very happy with it. My wife wont use it though, she says it looks like an instrument of torture
