What do I do when I stuck in "Setup is Starting"?

Can please help me what to do.. My laptop has a hardware problem and i think it is in HDD because there's is an error appearing when I boot it.. SMART FAILURE PREDICTED ON HARD DISK 0. and press F1. but Im not thinking that this is the reason why Im getting stuck on "SETUP IS STARTING" for almost 1hr when im going to install an OS.. and this is not the only when Im installing my OS.. after waiting for almost 1hr to setup installation.. Im also getting stuck in Copying windows file at 0 percent.
What should I do to fix this problem.. Im using Samsung r580 and my current OS is windows 7 ultimate x64.. I cant boot it. tnx in advance..

With a SMART FAILURE best to replace the HDD.

Just give a last try by doing low level formatting...search for those tools on google...anyway HDD replacement is preferred

It's a fatal error.

If the PC is less than a year old Samsung Tech Support will replace the HD for you. If not the steps to remove and replace your HD are here: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/howtoguide/N0000137/6413/101999/NP-R580-JSB1US

Once you've replaced your HD use your Samsung Recovery Media or do the superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
