Solved What folder does Win7 store the solid color wallpaper backgrounds?

I'd like to point my automatic wallpaper changer to that folder but I can't find it. Thanks.

It isn't a folder filled with solid colors. It takes the colors from the system itself. Just as you get those colors from paint, so you get those solid colors to use.

I am not aware of a way to shuffle solid colors for the background
