What Games Are You Playing? [2]

Grid 2, and it's amazing.

Prettiest racer I've ever played, and that's saying a lot. Tracks are very populated, tons of cars on the track at once, and tight arcade controls. The race courses seem 'alive' as there's lots going on squirrels run across the road, geese fly by, helicopters hover overhead.

If you like racing games you should have this. I've only messed with it a little, but it's most impressive.

Check my screens below, running on Ultra settings.

You won't. You don't need to think about extra cooling unless you're getting a steady temp around 80C+ with a CPU, and you can go 90C+ on a GPU before you need to worry about trying to cool things down.

Extra cooling would be pretty pointless at only 70C. That's perfectly normal and getting extra cooling because of it is a waste of money.

Yeah. Less than $5 for that and the American Nightmare DLC was totally worth it. I also bought it, but haven't booted it up yet. I have messed around with it a little on the 360, a friend had it and we goofed off with it and Alone in the Dark a few years back for a bit sometimes. Never played through the game myself though.

For those who haven't played it yet, Elder Scrolls III Morrowind is less than $7 today. Great game, not so pretty anymore, but there are over ten years worth of mods for the game. People are still making mods for that game to this very day. It's endless hours of content and you can slap a nice coat of textures on the dated graphics to make it look decent even by today's standards. Don't expect to be able to turn it into Skyrim, but it can look very good if modded properly for a game that's more than ten years old.

Just make sure you keep a backup copy of the original unaltered game before you get into modding. It saves you the trouble of having to redownload it if you screw something up.

So far it's really good, it's like reading a book but with a game and you do everything. You have to play it to understand what i'm talking about :p . Anyways some screenies, game looks good and the screens are running at 1080p full settings with fxxa on besides AA being set to x2 only thing not maxed. As you can tell the game is pretty dark and tries to give you that feeling like it's some kind of nightmare setting. Got one screen during the day, forgot to take more during the day parts though I might edit this post later and put some more if it happens to be day time again unless the rest of the game remains in the night.

Yea it was a great deal I too bought the full pack and it only cost me $4usd and got both games and the dlc.I happen to own the elder scrolls 3 already though I haven't played it fully. Might install it again later and give it a run at it again after I beat a couple games I have on my list.

I actually understand what your talking about WITHOUT playing it, I've played games like that before.

Well, the game looks beautiful (being the correct word I think ;)) so I'm off to youtube to watch a bit of the walkthrough to see how well the gameplay is (since the pics don't give that much background into gameplay)

My first experience in online game happened when someone gave my son an X-Box and the original HALO game.

Sheesh, the whining when he couldn't get past the Flood or some other menacing evil and it ended up
with the "old man" having to figure it out.

One night when online trying to find some info on getting past some particular area
I stumbled upon "HALO Racing" and the "rest is history" so to speak.

From there I
found Neverwinter Nights
dabbled in GW yuck
Batlefield
DDO
Aion
GW2 yuck (although I don't think I gave either GW game a fighting chance)

and recently started reading about TESO
so opened a brand new copy of Skyrim which was lying on a shelf gathering dust.

I prefer games where there is interaction with other players.

and some images through the years:
