Hello, my PC built is 5 years old now, all I have added to it is a new PSU and extra RAM! I recently bought Radeon R9 290, but it was faulty and I had to send it back! I wanted to what could be the optimal GPU for my PC, Im willing to spend about 350 euros! Im planning to buy a new PC later, but for now I want to have the most out of my old PC!
Here is the site I will buy my GPU: Graphics Cards (PCI-Ex)

So you've bought an R9 290 and pair it with Athlon II X4? You pretty made a mistake with choosing a GPU there.
Any graphics cards will work with your motherboard as long as you have a PCI-Express X16 slot on your motherboard and be sure the graphics card that you'll choose won't be a bottleneck with the CPU or GPU and vise versa.
And the best bet is the MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti, 2GB, GDDR5, Twin Frozr IV OC
