what graphics card to get ?

hey guys !
so i just built a new rig heres the specs

Asus LE V2
Phenom II x4 955
4GB Kingston DDR3 hyperx CL7 1333
160Gb Front end
1TB Back End both Sata
Corsair 650W
CoolerMaster Scout

now for this rig i need a good graphics card to finish the beast off i have a certain budget around 150 i been looking around and the ones thats caught my eye has been the ATI Raedon 5570HD and the Nvidia GTS 450 both of these has had great reviews im really stuck, if you could give me advice on which graphics card is best for the buck please say
Keep in mind i want to be able to play Battlefield Bad Company 2 COD Black ops and Medal Of honour all at maxed out

You might get there with the GTS 450, but not even close with a HD 5570. Start here for how the 5570 stacks up,

I found a 465 fo $150 on sale at Frys one day and it performs amazingly well. Essentially as well as my gtx480 on the games I've played on both of them! Amazing bargan.
