What is RTM Build and where do you get it??

Morning All,
Hope everyone is doing well... I'm sure this is a stupid question for all of you out there who are pros with Win7, but I just recently downloaded the Win7RC from TechNet and was wondering what you have to do to get the RTM and if I could get it; what is the benefit of having it?? Thanks!!! I look forward to hearing from you!!!

As for how to get it .... welll that sort of discussion will get you banned unless you are talking about waiting for MS to release the upgrade/full retail versions either for purchase or to the TechNet subscribers.
