What is the best budget portable laptop/Ultrabook?

Hello!

I need to know what is the best portable but budget friendly laptop or Ultrabook? I know Ultrabooks are the best solution, but its too pricy. My budget is maximum US$ 800 (700 is best solution). Are there any good ultrabook or laptop in this price tag?

I don't want to play games in this device, I only need it for web browsing and my university education.

Killer Bee, You have a big choice of laptops/portables for your budget. I suggest that you visit one of the big box stores that have lots of laptops and try them out.
I personally use Toshiba's and have never had a lemon.

If all you want to do is to use web and office products. most any of the laptops should be fine. Check out the screen size and keyboards as well as making sure they have enough hard disk and memory.
