What is the best top down shooter?

Hi, I'm looking for the best top down shooter with decent graphics. I'm looking for top down shooters like shadowgrounds and alien swarm, just wondering if there were any that were in the years 2000 and up with decent graphics that were better than the afore mentioned?

That's a tough one, "Raiden" is good. Today, not many games are made like that. Besides, if you're looking for something old, you could search the net. In Google, type; "Top shooter games". I'm sure you'll come up with something.
