What is the latest build and revision for windows 7 after Oct 22nd, 2009?

Please don't flame me, I tried to do a search and I could not get the answer, so I am posting a new thread with this question.

I already did the
slmgr -dlv in the command dos prompt and it says mine

7600.16385

Any benefits after this release?

I have the retail version, and its exactly the same as that when I enter that command into command prompt.

It's the latest 7600.16385.

There are some folk who ran some dubious update files that changed the build to a later number, however, the official latest build number is 7600.16385 ... It will be interesting to see if those who have a different build number will pass Windows Validation....

Interesting, so I am safe for now, I was thinking that maybe I need to upgrade someway my windows 7 to get a latest version, I read that there were a build 399 or something like that, I wish to have the thread so all of you can read that, maybe that is modification as many of you posted it already.

slmgr shows 16385, but regedit where I show is upgraded.
