I agree with zigzag, we have legit ones, we did not download from a torrent or something, I am not assuming anything, just I am letting you know that I believe that I have to believe that other people has as well, your windows 7 is modified or changed, there are some confirmations here that the official build and revision is 7600.16385 and with the command prompt you got the same, so it means that someone changed the regedit info in your windows 7

No. A while ago I read an explanation from someone I felt was knowledgeable about it being a sub-build which legitimately increases the build number. The patches I've applied are WU patches from Microsoft. Since that, they can not be altered or tampered by anyone that would care to.

This is how I believe. Not saying right or wrong. If I'm wrong, it's cool. So be it. I don't think so though.

Even WMC/WMP increased in build number. Microsoft is probably happy, as they probably were with the beta phase, that they have a testbed for these patches so they can decide which they would like to release through the official update mechanism, or not.
