What is the number 1 mean under "Target"

I have a problem with some software (which is not my question) but I would like to know what the number "1" at the end of this line means if I right click on a shortcut and press properties it is under the "Target" setting.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\ROCCAT\Kone XTD Mouse\KoneXTDMonitor.exe" 1

Hey stagz, Welcome to SF.

This "1" can mean that someone tried to open the program in developer mode. You can start a program in developer mode and can have super user access..(not exactly, but somewhat). If you want you can just delete this "1" and resume using your program.
